If you are using the NetSuite for iPhone App and encounter the following error “You do not have permission to access web services feature.” This is due to insufficient permissions assigned to your role.
Ask your NetSuite Administrator to grant the Mobile Device Access permission to your role by doing the following:
1. Go to the Setup drop down.
2. Click Users/Roles.
3. Select Manage Roles.
4. Click Customize/Edit next to the Role you want to edit.
5. Click on the Permissions tab.
6. Select Setup sub tab.
7. From the drop down, select Mobile Device Access.
8. Click Add.
9. Click Save.
