If a user forgets their password, they can either use the “forgot password” links from the login page, or have their administrator reset the password for them.
Note: You must be logged in as an Administrator to perform the below.
To reset a user’s password on their behalf:
1. Go to the Lists drop down.
2. Click Employees.
3. Select Employees.
4. Click Edit adjacent to the Employees name.
Note: You can check the users who currently have a license assigned to them by sorting the employee list byLogin Access. Those listed as “Yes” have a license assigned, as below.
1. Go to the Access tab.
2. Enter the new password and check the “Require Password Change On Next Login” option, if required.
3. Click the Save button.
