Scenario
Administrator has a new license and would like to provide an access to a new user
Check Licenses
Ensure to check your licenses first via Setup > Company > View Billing Information.
Under Full User License, the Provisioned Qty must be greater than the Current Used Qty.
Solution
1. Navigate to Lists > Employees > Employees
2. Click Edit next to the employee you want to grant access to or click New for a new employee record.
3. Enter the login email address on Email Address field.
4. Enter the appropriate basic details such as First and Last Name.
5. Under Access tab, please do the following:
- Check : Give Access to enable the access.
- Check : Send New Access Notification Email Password (applicable for newly registered login email address or new employee records only)
- Check : Manually Assign or Change Password to provide a temporary password.
Note: The password must meet all the password criteria as shown.
- Check : Require Password Change on Next Login to let the user change the temporary password provided after the first log in.
- Add desired full user roles under Roles subtab.
6. Click Save once done with the setup.
Note: You can provide the temporary password to the employee via email or text right away for a quick login confirmation on your end.
