Solution
A report generation depends on the volume of data. Therefore, it is expected for reports that look into a lot of records and transactions to take longer to load and eventually may receive a prompt – “Failed to Execute Report” after 3 minutes of loading. Technically, reports that take more than 3 minutes to load may result in this error or not loading at all.
To avoid this, click on the Alert Me When Ready Link in the loading window for it to run in the back end.
The user may also limit results displayed by adding filters and selecting narrow date ranges as necessary to help in generating the reports much faster.
