You can set records to appear as a result in a dropdown list or as predictive text. To enable predictive text on a list search:
1. Navigate to the Home drop down.
2. Click Set Preferences.
3. Select the General Tab.
4. Set Maximum Entries in Dropdowns to 0.
5. Click Save.
6. Now when you search for a Customer, the results show as predictive text.
