The following article demonstrates how to add alternative languages and how to assign a specific language against a customer record for the purpose of communicating in your customers preferred language.
To add an alternative language as an option within JCurve:
- Go to Setup.
- Navigate to Company.
- Click General Preferences.
- Go to the Languages subtab.
- Click the drop-down menu and select your desired language.
- Click the Add button.
- Then click Save.
To set the language within a specific customer record:
- On a Customer record go to the Preferences subtab in Edit mode.
- Within the Language field, set desired language.
- Click Save.
Transactions will now appear in the customers preferred language.
