If you would like to enable JCurve to pre-populate Fields on all Transactions raised, simply follow the below steps to enable this preference.
Continually entering customer and sales information into Transactions can be a laborious and time-consuming task. If you would like JCurve to do the work for you, simply set the preference for ‘Auto-Fill Transactions’ within the application.
To do this you need to:
- Navigate to Home
- Select Set Preferences
- Select the Transactions Tab
- Tick the ‘Auto Fill Transactions’ box
Now once you’ve saved the Record all Transactions raised within JCurve will pre-populate their fields based on the ‘Entity’ entered (Entity being customers, vendors etc)
