Resolve Error: "JS_EXCEPTION Reference Error <Function> Is Not Defined" in Form Level Script – JCurve Solutions

The user is encountering an error "JS_EXCEPTION Reference error <Function> is not defined" when loading a Custom Form.

Solution

A possible cause of the problem is that there is a form-level script that is not available for all users. The steps below is a possible solution for this situation:

Navigate to Documents > Files > SuiteScripts
Click the Edit link for the corresponding file
Available Without Login: Enter Checkmark
Click Save

Note: The navigation path in step #1 is an example. The script file might be stored in a different File Cabinet folder.
