Custom Role with Make Journal Entries Permission is Unable to See Edit Button on Journal Entry

Custom Role with Full permission level on Make Journal Entries cannot see the Edit button on Journal Entry.

Add Journal Approval permission to the Custom Role using Administrator Role:

1. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles > Edit Custom Role
2. Go to Permissions tab
3. Transactions subtab: Add Journal Approval access 
4. Set the permission level to Edit/Full
5. Click Save
