Scenario
A user wants to use the Email Sent field as a criteria for a Message Saved Search.
Solution
- Navigate to Lists > Support > Cases
- Selected Case: Click View
- Click Communication subtab
- Click Messages
- Click Customize View
- Search Title: Enter Title
- Click Criteria subtab
- Click Standard
- Filter:
- Select Formula (Text)
- Field: Select Email Sent
- Formula (Text): Select is then Enter T
- Click Set
- Select Formula (Text)
- Save Button: Hover over the Arrow Down
- Click Save
Note: Same formula can be used for highlighting.
