Scenario
The user needs an Item Saved Search that shows all Bin numbers of Items.
Solution
- Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
- Click Item
- Search Title: Enter Title
- Click Criteria
- Click Standard
- Filter:
Note: For every required filter use the drop-down menu to select it.- Select Use Bins
- Use Bins: Select Yes
- Click Set
- Select Formula (Numeric)
- Formula: Enter case when {inventorylocation.id} = {binonhand.location.id} then 1 else 0 end
- Formula (Numeric): Select Equal to
- Value: Enter 1
- Click Set
- Select Bin On Hand Fields...
- Bin On Hand Field: Select Bin On Hand
- Bin On Hand: Select On Hand
- On Hand: Select not empty
- Click Set
- Select Use Bins
- Click Results
- Click Columns
- Fields:
Note: Always click Add once Field selected and adjusted as needed.- Select Bin On Hand Fields...
- Bin On Hand Field: Select Bin Number
- Summary Type: Select Group
- Select Formula (Text)
- Formula: Enter replace(ns_concat({name}),',','<br>')
- Summary Type: Select Maximum
- Select Name
- Select Bin On Hand Fields...
- Bin On Hand Field: Select Bin On Hand
- Select Bin On Hand Fields...
- Click Available Filters tab
- Filter:
- Select Inventory Location
- Show in Filters Region checkbox: Enter checkmark
- Click Save & Run
Note: Take note that this Item Saved Search is applicable to accounts where Multi-Location Inventory and Advance Bin/Numbered Inventory Management features are enabled.
