Make Custom Fields on Locations Mandatory

Here are the steps to make the custom fields mandatory:

1. Go to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Other Record Fields
   
2. Click the field the you need to set as mandatory:
   
3. Go to Validation & Defaulting and mark Mandatory:
   
4. Click Save
