Use Display in Web Store Field as a Condition Using Workflow

Scenario

Use the Display In Web Store field as a condition on a Workflow for a Return User Error Action

Solution

Navigate to Customization > Workflow > Workflows > New
Basic Information:

Name: Enter Return User Error
Record Type: Select Item
Sub Types: Select the preferred Item
Execute As Admin: Enter Checkmark
Release Status: Select Released
Initiation: Select Event Based

Event Definition:

On Create: Enter Checkmark
On View or Update: Enter Checkmark
Trigger Type: Select -Any-

Click Save

Click State 1

Bottom Right Corner: Click New Action

Click Return User Error

Basic Information:

Trigger On: Select Before Record Submit

Condition: Click Open icon

Field:

Select Available Online

Compare Type: Select Checked

Parameters:

Text: Enter the desired error message

Click Save
