Items are not showing on the web store.
Display on the Website should be checked
Item record must have online/base price set
If Show Uncategorized Items is not checked (Commerce > Websites > Website List > under Setup tab), make sure the item record has an assigned site category under the Web Store tab > Web Site Categories subtab.
- Please take note: If an account has a multi-site setup, an item assigned to at least 1 site/category (e.g. Web Site A only) is considered 'categorized'. Therefore, even if Show Uncategorized Items is enabled in Web Site B but the item was not assigned to any category of Web Site B, the item will NOT be displayed on Web Site B
Check the Out-of-Stock behavior of the web store or the item record. If the item has no available stock yet, make sure that ‘Include Out Of Stock Items in Website’ is enabled on the Setup Website (Commerce > Websites > Website List > under Shopping) and on the item record (under Web Store > Out of Stock Behavior field).
Try to search for the item on the site, if the item appears on the search result but does not appear on the site tab/category list assigned, check the custom item list layout being used for the page.
