Specific Roles to Access Only Specific Custom Form

Scenario

A user would like to know how they can assign a specific custom form to a specific role

Solution

1. Navigate to Setup > User/Roles > Manage Roles
2. Click Edit/Customize beside the role
3. Click the Forms subtab
4. Enabled checkbox: 
   • Ensure to enter the Checkmark on the specific forms you want them to use
   • Remove the Checkmark from the forms that you want to hide from the role
5. Click on Save
