Some shoppers are unable to log in successfully and stay on the Returning Customer page when logging into the Web Store. If the issue persists after shoppers are able to try logging in on other devices and have tried clearing the browser's cache, try editing the customer record in the NetSuite user interface.
- Access your Netsuite Account using the Administrator role
- Navigate to List > Relationships > Customers
- Click on Edit next to the affected customer
- Select the System Information tab
- Inactive checkbox: Remove Checkmark
- Click Save
