Resolve Error: "Please enter missing price(s)"

Scenario

On the item record, upon manually updating the item quantity pricing information the above error was received.

The error is received when prices are not entered consistently on quantity columns. For example, there are Base Prices entered under Qty 0 and Qty 10. The error is received when an Alternate Price Level is entered under Qty 0 but none under Qty 10. In this case, the user needs to ensure prices are entered consistently on quantity columns. In the example, to resolve the error, ensure that there is an Alternate Price Level entered under Qty 10 as well.

Solution

1. Navigate to Lists > Accounting > Items

2. Click Edit on a specific Item

3. Click the Sales Pricing tab

4. Enter the price for the Alternative Price Level for Qty 10
   Example: Enter 5 on Quantity Level Qty 10 for Alternate Price Level

5. Click Save
