Scenario
After installing the SuiteApprovals Bundle on an account, upon moving to the step where it is needed to set up Employee Approval Information, the Approval Information subtab on the Human Resource tab is missing.
This happens when the custom fields from the bundle is not yet applied to the Custom Forms that the customer is using for their employee records.
Solution
- Navigate to Customizations > List, Records, & Fields > Entity Fields
- Click the preferred Custom Field
Example: Click Sales Order Approver - Click Apply To Forms
- Show: Enter Checkmark on all preferred forms
