Attaching a PDF file or Image to an Email Marketing Campaign

Note: NetSuite currently does not have an option to attach a file when sending out an Email Campaign.

To include a file on an Email Campaign, we would need to instead use a Hyperlink to add a file download link to the email.

First Upload the File to the File Cabinet.

1. Navigate to Documents > File > File Cabinet
2. Open any folder from the File Cabinet
3. Click Add File
4. Browse for the file and click Upload.
   

Note: Available Without Login must be checked so recipients can access the file without logging

5. Edit the file
6. Copy the URL

Edit the Marketing Template

1. Click the HTML Source Code link.
2. Include the following parameter to create the link.

    <a href="URL"> Click here to download</a> 

Note: The URL will be replaced with the URL that you copied from Step# 6.

3. Save the template and Preview the email before you send out the campaigns
