The Jcurve Integration uses the id of the product in Shopify as an identifier of the Item in NetSuite. The Shopify ProductID is store in the ExternalID Field in NetSuite.
Steps to get the Product ID in Shopify
- Login to your Shopify admin page.
- Navigate to Products and click on an existing item
- Once the item displays, check the URL of the page.
