Fetch troubleshooting is a real time troubleshooting used to check what the error/s may have caused for the sales order to be not created in NetSuite.
Navigate to Jcurve Integration (JIT) > Fetch Record > Fetch
Click edit on “Fetch an Order Recorder”
On the Fetch an Order Recorder Page
- Delete any existing value that you see on the Record ID Field
- Add the ID of the order that is not created in JCurve
- Hit Save.
This will generate a Request and Response logs that will indicate errors that the integration has encountered
Once the Record is saved, this will trigger the integrations to copy the sales order from Shopify to NetSuite and log errors that can be viewed in the WebServices Usage Log.
View the Log to identify the Error so that you make the changes needed in order for the copy Shopify Order into NetSuite.
