In scenarios where there is a need to check the logs created by the Jcurve Integration, like errors copying orders from Shopify to NetSuite, simply follow these steps.
Navigate to Set up > integrations > Manage integrations
Click on JIT Integration TBA
Click on the Web Services Execution Log and this should show the logs of the recently fetch Order.
- Look for the line the Failed
- Click view on the Response
This will open the XML and show the response provided by NetSuite when Shopify made the request.
