There are instances where an Advanced PDF/HTML Template shows question marks when printed as an email. To fix this, follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Advanced PDF/HTML Templates
2. Edit the template being used
3. Toggle the Source Code view mode
4. Add the code below for the fields that show question marks (e.g. ${line.charge?html?replace("�", "")}):
?html?replace("�", "")
5. Click Save
