To print the logo, edit the transaction form under the Printing Fields tab > Header > check the Print box for Company Logo.
Below are 2 ways to make sure that the Company logo is going to be printed on transaction forms.
A. By setting it up in Company Information
1. Navigate to Setup > Company > Company Information
2. Company Logo (forms) > click the drop down and select the logo from the File Cabinet or click the ‘+’ sign to add a new one.
3. Click Save.
B. By setting it up on transaction forms
If Printing type is Advanced
If Printing type is Advanced
- Navigate toCustomization > Forms > Transaction Forms
2. Edit the transaction form (ie. Purchase Order)
3. Logo field > click the drop down and select the logo from the File Cabinet or click the ‘+’ sign to add a new one.
4. Click Save
If Printing type is Basic
- Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms
2. Edit the transaction form (ie. Purchase Order)
3. Printing FieldsSubtab> Verify if Print/Email is checked for Company Logo
4. Click Save
Note: If there is a logo in Company Information and on the form, whatever logo is selected on the form will be printed.
