Issue records do not display a System Notes tab. This request has been submitted as Enhancement 211138.
As an alternate solution, a saved search can be used as a custom sublist for the issue record: 1. Navigate to List > Search > Saved Searches > New. 2. Select Issue. 3. Provide a Search Title. 4. Click the Results tab and add the following fields:
System Notes : Date
System Notes : Type
System Notes : Set by
System Notes : Record
System Notes : Field
System Notes : New Value
System Notes : Old Value
5. Set Summary Type to Group for each result field above. 6. Set Sort by to System Notes : Date. 7. Under Available Filters tab, add Internal ID. 8. Mark the Public, Available as List View and Available as Sublist View checkboxes. 9. Click Save. 10. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Sublist. 11. Under CRM tab, add the saved search created above and set the following:
