Scenario
The customer has never used Purchase Orders in NetSuite. They created a Purchase Order forms and the logo size on the printed version of the PO is much too small. The customer need help identifying why it's small. They did not select a logo on the entry form, as because they want the logo to pull from the subsidiary record.
Solution
Check the following:

Check the Logo Scaling Factor to see the scaling percentage of Logo on Basic PDF, Setup > Company > Printing & Fax > Logo Scaling Factor and adjust when needed. Check article Adjust Company Logo size when printing Transactions using Basic Printing Layout, SuiteAnswers: 76364.

Check the size of the logo uploaded on the Subsidiary record, if the uploaded image has a low resolution, it could be the reason why the logo is showing much too small on printed forms
