Here are the options on using From Email address when sending customer statements
When you go to Setup>Company>Email Preference>Transactions>From Address From Emailed Forms, you can either select either
A. User Email Address (If this is the setting you use, set the email address to be used following the steps below)

B. Company Returned Email Address

Home>Set Preferences>General>From Email Address
Note: If no email is set here the system will use the user email login
B. Company Returned Email Address
Go to Setup>Company>Company Information
Return Email Address Field
