You may sometime find that the the Supervisor Approval box is not appearing on the purchase order, this could be due to the removal of the approval field on the custom form being used in the transaction.
We can show the "Approval" field by going to:
- Purchase order>Edit
- Make sure the form used is the custom one
- Click Customize>Edit this form
- Select Screen fields tab
- Check the "show box" next to supervisor approval.
- Then save
Alternatively, go to:
- Customization>Forms>Transaction Forms
- Select the purchase order form in use from the list
- Click Edit
- Select Screen fields tab
- Check the "show box" next to supervisor approval.
- Then save
