If two customer center users are using the same email address for their Customer Center Login and is using the same password. It is expected that once the user tries to login to the Customer Center Login page, both access will be listed on the View All Roles page. On the other hand, if passwords are not the same then the access will be segregated.
Example:
- Customer Center 1 with email address customer1@abc.com with password Cust123.
- Customer Center 2 with email address customer1@abc.com with password Cust456.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Access Customer Center Login
2. Type customer1@abc.com
3. Type Password 123
4. Click Login
Result: Can Login successfully using customer1@abc.com account only
Customer Center 1 will now mirror the password of Customer Center 2
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Home
2. Under Settings Portlet click Change Password
3. Type Current Password which is Cust123
4. Type New Password which is Cust456
5. Type Confirm New Password which is Cust456
6. Click Save
7. Log out of NetSuite
8. Log back using customer1@abc.com and password Cust456
Result: Both Customer Center roles will now be shown in View All Roles provided the same password was set on the Change Password step
