Scenario

Transactions > Inventory > Transfer Inventory > Throws an Error Message: No appropriate forms are enabled for this role. Please contact your Administrator

Solution

This problem occurs when there is only one form for Inventory Transfer which is usually the Standard Inventory Transfer form and this is not marked as the Preferred form. 

To fix this:

1. Go to Customisation > Forms > Transaction Forms 

2. Mark the Preferred checkbox for Standard Inventory Transfer Form 

3. Click Submit

Error message should no longer appear when going to Transactions > Inventory > Transfer Inventory.
