Create separate custom forms for each locations. User will then need to select which form to use depending on the location for the Subject line to change.
1. Navigate to Transactions > Purchases> Enter Purchase Orders.
2. On the left part of the screen, click on Customize > Customize Form.
3. Enter the Name according to the Location.
4. Under Screen Fields tab, mark Show for the Custom Form to have the ability to change the forms.
5. Under Printing Fields tab > Header sub tab, mark Print/Email box for the Company Name
6. On the Label text field, type in the location name (e.g. Berlin)
7. Click Save.
Once the Purchase Order Email for the Berlin site using this form, the email subject line will become "Berlin: Purchase Order # XXXX"
