To import new contacts to existing customer records, please follow those steps:
- Navigate to Setup > Import/Export > Import CSV Records.
- Select Relationships in the Import Type field.
- Select Customer and Contacts Together in the Record Type field.
- Select CSV file then click Open.
- Click Next.
- Select Add/Update for Data Handling.
- Click Next.
- In the Field Mapping section, map the following fields:
- Internal ID = Internal ID (Internal ID of Customer)
- First Name = Contact 1: First Name
- Last Name = Contact 1: Last Name
- Email = Contact 1: Email
- Phone Number = Contact 1: Office Phone
- Primary Contact = Contact 1: Attached Role
- Click Next.
- Provide Import Map Name.
- Click Save & Run.
