Please follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
2. Select Transaction
3. On the Criteria tab > Standard subtab, add:
>Main Line = True
>Type = Bill
4. On the Results tab > Columns subtab, add:
>Name
>Date
>Type
>Document Number
>Status
>Amount
>Amount Remaining
>Applying Transaction
>Applying Link Amount
>other desired fields
5. Assign a Search Title
6. Click Save & Run
