1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Entry Forms.
2. Click on Edit on the preferred customer form.
3. Navigate to Lists > Communication subtab.
4. Put a check mark on the Show box for Bulk Merge.
5. Hit Save.
6. Re-open the customer record then navigate to Communication tab > Bulk Merge subtab.
- All Email Bulk Merges wherein the customer is a recipient will appear under this tab.
