On a Scheduled Saved Search, under the Email subtab > Recipients Results sublist, Owner field is selected. When recipients from the saved search results receives the email alerts, it contains the following message: An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information.
To resolve this:
1. Go to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > Edit the Saved Search
2. Under Email tab > Recipient from Results subtab, remove the Owner field.
3. Add Owner fields..Email instead.
The scenario given above is for Saved Search search, when creating a Transaction search and you want the results sent to the Sales Rep, choose Sales Rep Fields.. Email on the Recipients from Results sub-tab.
