When updating item records via CSV Import, user may encounter this error: xx is an invalid custom form.
In this case, user may check the following:
1. Item Type on the CSV file matches the Record Type
Make sure that the Item Type on the CSV file matches the Record Type selected in Step 1 - Scan and Upload CSV File of the Import Assistant. To update various Item Types, each type should be saved in a different CSV file and be uploaded separately.
2. Item Record Form is Active
Navigate to Customization > Forms > Entry Forms. Locate the Form used and see if it is set to Active or not.
3. Item Record Form used matches the form set on the Custom Form field
Check the Custom Form field under the Advanced Options during Step 2 - Import Options of the Import Assistant. If this field is missing under the options or the form used is not listed as one of the selection, ensure that Pop Up Only is set to False in the Custom Form (Customization > Forms > Entry Forms > click Edit on Custom Form > Pop Up Only checkbox = F).
