Transactions > Sales > Invoice Sales Orders > Error: An unexpected error occurred

Scenario

Some users may encounter the error message in the Orders sublist: "An unexpected error occurred" when navigating to Transactions > Sales > Invoice Sales Orders page.

Solution

The unexpected error disappears when Advanced Billing feature is enabled.

To enable Advanced Billing:

1. Navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features
2. On the Transactions subtab, check the Advanced Billing box
3. Click on Save
