User Access Token permission is missing from Permissions list even when using an Administrator role

Scenario

When creating a Custom role for Web Services using Access Tokens, you might not be able to find the required Access Tokens related permissions if certain features are not yet enabled on your NetSuite Account.

Solution

For the "Access Token Management", "Log in using Access Tokens" and "User Access Token" permissions to be available under the Setup subtab of Permissions tab, you'll need to enable the TOKEN-BASED AUTHENTICATION feature first

1. Navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features.
2. Under SuiteCloud tab, Manage Authentication section, mark TOKEN-BASED AUTHENTICATION checkbox.
3. Click Save
