Display Matrix Items in SiteBuilder Site

Scenario

These steps are only applicable to Matrix Items that will be displayed on SiteBuilder Sites.

Solution

You can display Matrix Item in your web site by following the procedures below:

1. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Transaction Item Options
2. Look for the Item Option associated to your Matrix Item and Click the Description Link
3. Applies To Tab: 
• Mark the Web Store
• Items: Select the Parent Matrix Item Name
4. Sourcing and Filtering Tab: 
• Source List: Select Item
• Source From: Select Custom List associated to Matrix Item
5. Click Save

On the Item Record:

1. Navigate to Lists > Accounting > Items
2. Look for the Matrix Item and click Edit
3. Matrix Tab > Matrix Items Tab: 
• Make sure all child items under the matrix item are marked YES in the DISPLAY IN WEB SITE column
4. Web Store:  
• Display in Webstore: Enter Checkmark
• Web Site Categories tab: Make sure that the Site and Site Category are selected

Note: Refresh your site and validate the changes.
