How to create a Saved Search to show list of Bill Payments made today with Bill numbers applied to it
Solution
- Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
- Click Transaction
- Search Title: Enter a Search Title
- Click the Criteria tab
- Click the Standard subtab
- Filters:
- Select Type
1. Type: is any of
2. Select Bill Payment - Select Main Line
1. Main Line: Select No
- Select Type
- Click the Results tab
- Click the Columns subtab
- Fields:
Note: For every required field use the drop-down menu to select it and once adjusted click Add if needed.
- Select Date
- Select Type
- Select Document Number
- Select Name
- Select Account
- Select Applied to Link Amount
- Select Applied to Transaction
- Click Save & Run
