User with a custom role, that has Employee restriction set to own and subordinates only, is unable to view Sales Rep in the Sales Activity by Sales Rep Report.
Similar to a Private event, the details of a Show as Busy event cannot be seen by anyone except the creator (organizer/owner) and the Account Administrator. And so it will also not appear in the Sales Activity report of other users. Only Public events from other Users and Private/Show as Busy/Public events organized/owned by the User will be shown in report.
- Navigate to Reports > Pipeline Analysis > Sales Activity by Sales Rep
- Date Range: Set Month/Date/Year
- Click Refresh
Note: Employee Sales Rep is showing.
- Access the number of Activities through the report
- Change the Event Access from Show as Busy to Public
Note: User with the custom role should now be able to access/view the Sales Rep Activities.
