Scenario
User wants case created through online case form to be associated to a Customer Record named under their name.
Solution
Setup Online Case Form

Navigate to Setup > Support > Online Case Forms

Online Case Form: Click Edit

Field:
- Select Company Name
- Search: Enter Checkmark
- Click Add
- Field:
- Select First Name
- Click Remove
- Field:
- Select Last Name
- Click Remove
- Click Setup Workflow tab
- Click Save
Add Passing Parameters
- Navigate to Setup > Support > Online Case Forms
- Online Case Form: Click Edit
- Click External tab
- Publishable Form URL: Copy URL
- Address tab: Paste URL and Insert &companyname=CompName
Note: Change CompName to the Customer Record's Name
