Error: "REJECTED USER CONCURRENCY" on Web Services Integration

Scenario

User receives "REJECTED USER CONCURRENCY" error upon sending and processing two or more Web Services requests at the same time.

Solution

This error is encountered when the user who sent the requests is not a Concurrent Web Services user. If you do not set a Concurrent Web Services user(s), it means that you can only send and process single request at the time. On the other hand, Concurrent Web Services users can send and process parallel requests at the same time.

To designate a user as a concurrent web services user:

1. Log into NetSuite
2. Open the Employee record of the user in Edit mode.
3. Click the Access subtab
4. Enter a checkmark in the Concurrent Web Services User box
5. Click Save
