Go to Reports > Banking/Budgeting > Budget vs. Actual

Period: Select Period

Budget Category: Select Budget Category

Click Customize

Click Edit Columns

Report Preview Section: Click Amount

Add % of Income Column: Mark the checkbox

Report Preview Section: Click Budget Amount

Add % of Income Column: Mark the checkbox

Name: Enter Name of Report
