Show Percentage of Actual and Budget Amounts over Total Income on Budget vs. Actual Report

A user wants to add a column that shows percentage of Actual and Budget Amounts over Total Income on Budget vs. Actual Report.

Solution

1. Go to Reports > Banking/Budgeting > Budget vs. Actual

2. Period: Select Period 

3. Budget Category: Select Budget Category

4. Click Customize

5. Click Edit Columns

6. Report Preview Section: Click Amount

7. Add % of Income Column: Mark the checkbox

8. Report Preview Section: Click Budget Amount

9. Add % of Income Column: Mark the checkbox

10. Name: Enter Name of Report

11. Click Save
