An Administrator is updating or adding some information on the Employee record. When they try to save the changes, it gives them a pop up message. "New password don't match." Password must be at least 10 characters long.
Password must contain at least 3 different types of characters from groups: upper case letter, lower case letter, digit and symbol.
To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Lists > Employees > Employees
- Employee Record: Click Edit
- Click Access subtab
- Password and Confirm Password fields: Is Empty
Note: Make sure to delete what is inside the text box so it will just use the Existing Password
5. Click Save
