Scenario
- Show Internal IDs = T under Home > Set Preferences
- On the Saved Search Results page, Internal ID column is shown
- Under the Email tab of the Saved Search, Send Emails According to Schedule= T
- On the Emailed Saved Search Results, Internal ID column is not shown
Solution
Whether Internal IDs will be shown in the Emailed Saved Search results depends on whether it is added in the Results tab of the Saved Search, regardless of the Show Internal IDs preference being enabled or disabled under Home > Set Preferences.
- Edit the Saved Search
- Under the Results tab, Add Internal ID column
- Save
