Scenario:
On the Undelivered Email Search, the following reason is received: Permanent Failure: Delivery not authorized, message refused.
Solution:
Permanent Failure: Delivery not authorized, message refused
- The sender is not authorized to send to the destination. This can be the result of per-host or per-recipient filtering.
- This means that customer needs to verify with the recipients if the emails are not being redirected to their Junk/Spam folders or totally blocked by their Mail Filters.
