Scenario
Custom Role cannot see the Reminder Details of the Reminder Portlet. Custom Role has permission to Task and Transactions involve in the Reminders Portlet. It is a cache browser problem. Remove and Re-add the Reminders Portlet to resolve the problem.
Solution
- Remove the Reminders Portlet:
- Reminders Portlet: hover the mouse over the settings icon
- Click Remove
- Add the Reminders Portlet:
- Navigate to Home > Dashboard
- Click Personalize
- Click Reminders Portlet
- Reminders portlet: Click Set up
- Select Reminders window: Click or drag the Tasks to be added
- Click Save
Note: Log out and clear cache the browser to make sure the changes are saved.
