Missing Reminders in Dashboard

Scenario

Custom Role cannot see the Reminder Details of the Reminder Portlet. Custom Role has permission to Task and Transactions involve in the Reminders Portlet. It is a cache browser problem. Remove and Re-add the Reminders Portlet to resolve the problem.

Solution

1. Remove the Reminders Portlet: 
1. Reminders Portlet: hover the mouse over the settings icon
2. Click Remove
     
2. Add the Reminders Portlet: 
1. Navigate to Home > Dashboard
2. Click Personalize
3. Click Reminders Portlet
4. Reminders portlet: Click Set up
5. Select Reminders window: Click or drag the Tasks to be added
6. Click Save

Note: Log out and clear cache the browser to make sure the changes are saved.
