Adding Custom Subtab

1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Subtabs 
2. Under Entity > Add your desired subtab then click Add
3. Click Save 

Once done, you will now see the newly created subtab on your Custom Entry Form (Customization > Forms > Entry Forms).
