SuiteApp/Bundle: Bank Feeds
Scenario
Bank transactions are not automatically imported daily for Westpac Business when using the Connect to Accounts in Other Countries format profile of the Bank Feeds SuiteApp.
Solution
Due to changes implemented on bank's site, bank feeds connection to Westpac Business requires a daily refresh to prevent import errors in NetSuite.
To make sure bank transactions are successfully imported into NetSuite, user must perform the following actions daily:
- Refresh the connection by clicking the Refresh icon in the Update MFA column of the financial institution connection.
- If updating the token does not work, rebuild the connection by clicking the Rebuild icon in the Rebuild Connection column of the financial institution connection.
